HOSPITALITY, BUSINESS AND TERRITORY: The SANTORELLI GROUP welcomes the italian delegation to Plovdiv

With a warm and proud welcome, Santorelli Bulgaria opened the doors of its production facilities in Katunitsa and Kochevo to the delegation led by H.E. Marcello Apicella, Ambassador of Italy to Sofia. The visit also included the participation of the Honorary Consul of Italy in Plovdiv, Giuseppe De Francesco, and representatives from Confindustria Bulgaria, as part of the official territorial mission in the region.
Guests had the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the company’s production process and business philosophy, which is rooted in passion, innovation, and daily commitment. During the visit, the various stages were presented — from the selection of raw materials to modern processing techniques — which ensure the high quality of the final products.
"From the field to processing, from the quality of raw materials to process innovation, every one of our products is the result of an effort aimed at delivering value both to the region and to the entire Santorelli Group,” stated the company’s management.
The core of production revolves around cherries and plums, available in various forms: in brine, in alcohol, dried, or frozen. Behind each product lies a family tradition, intense commercial activity, and a commitment to sustainable investment.
The Santorelli management expressed its gratitude to H.E. Apicella, to Confindustria Bulgaria, and to all participants for their interest and the time shared — a day of exchange and growth.
